Vikings To Release QB McNabb

The Minnesota Vikings are set to release benched quarterback Donovan McNabb today. McNabb reportedly asked for the release so he could catch on with another team.

McNabb, 35, has not played in a game since being benched earlier in the season for his poor play. He was traded to the Vikings by the Redskins just before training camp after he suffered a similar fate here in D.C. last year.

It’s rumored that the Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, and Houston Texans could be eying a move for McNabb.
