The Redskins had their second to last practice as they prepare for their last game before the bye week as they travel to St. Louis to play the Rams.  Darrel Young (hamstring), DJ Gomes (hamstring) & Anthony Armstrong (hamstring) were limited in practice today.  Both Young and Gomes missed the Dallas game and Armstrong left in the first half of the Dallas game with the injury.
