The Redskins had their first of four practices today as they prepare for their first road game of the season and being on Monday Night Football against the rival Dallas Cowboys.  The Cowboys on the other hand had today off and will start their practice week tomorrow.

For the Redskins LaRon Landry and Josh Wilson were limited in practice, Wilson didn’t have a concussion from Sunday’s game.  DJ Gomes didn’t practice today.
